I'm a Time Traveler?

We had a date party tonight for DG and the theme? Decades! It was easy for us to all agree on the 70s.

I knew for the dresses and outfits, we were going to get creative. I was inspired by the 1970s band ABBA and their loose, shimmery fabrics. I liked the decades-long sleeves, tight waists, and big, statement shoes. So I did some research online by looking up outfits from the era and took myself to the thrift store.

There, I picked various styles of dresses-- 70s office attire, houndstooth shift dresses, patterned long dresses, and more. In the end, I selected a shimmery, gold romper that is to die for.

To complete the look, I threw on some big hoops and gold jewelry paired with a chunky brown leather boot.

For makeup, I was inspired by Mod makeup and bright-eye looks. To complete this, I put on blue eyeshadow contrasted with a pale base. I incorporated strong eyeliner with a natural lip.
